HP updates its offer of laptops for professional users and today announces the debut of five new products based on the Intel Core 10th gen platform. It is in detail about HP Elite c1030 Chromebook Enterprise, HP Pro c640 Chromebook Enterprise is HP Chromebook Enterprise 14 G6, supported by clients HP mt22 Mobile Thin Client is HP ThinPro G.
HP solutions are primarily aimed at improving productivity and safety in remote work, a very topical issue in this period given the situation resulting from the Coronavirus pandemic. In fact, many users have found themselves having to work from home often using personal machines, a choice that in some cases could compromise the security of company data and beyond. In collaboration with Google, HP now offers these new cloud-centric options based on Chrome OS, solutions that guarantee productivity and security thanks also to Chrome Enterprise Upgrade.
CHROMEBOOK HP ENTERPRISE INTEL CORE 10th GEN
HP Elite c1030 Chromebook Enterprise is a convertible device that is part of Intel's Project Athena, boasts a compact and optimized design and uses a 13.5 "(3: 2) display with a screen / body ratio of 90.1%. On board we find Intel Core 10a CPU gen (with active dissipation) that they guarantee autonomy up to 12 hours; do not miss the WiFi 6 with optional LTE, while on the security / privacy side we find a fingerprint sensor and the HP Sure View Reflect functionality. It should be noted, among other things, that the new HP uses a high percentage of recycled materials, both for the body and for the keyboard.
HP Pro c640 Chromebook Enterprise instead it is defined by the company as the most compact 14 "Chromebook on the market: it boasts an aluminum body and MIL-STD certification and uses the same Intel Core 10th gen hardware platform. Again we find WiFi 6 and the same productivity / security options as the c1030; autonomy reaches 12 hours with support for HP Fast Charge which allows you to recharge 90% of the battery in 90 minutes.
To close the line we find theHP Chromebook Enterprise 14 G6, which does not differ much from the previous ones apart from the coloring and which among the various features also offers a washable keyboard. The autonomy of the device in this case reaches 13.5 hours, always with HP Fast Charge and other technologies such as Privacy Camera and HP Extended Range for the WiFi 6 network. Also note the presence of HDMI and USB-C connectors.
HP MT22 MOBILE AND HP THIN PRO
HP mt22 Mobile Thin Client is HP ThinPro Go instead they are optimized for Citrix and VMware environments thanks also to the use of HP Thin Pro OS. The hardware configuration in this case includes processors of the Celeron family, with options for HP Privacy Camera and Extended Range and the possibility of increasing productivity thanks to the support for HP USB-C dock.
HP has not yet revealed the pricing of the new enterprise laptops with Chrome OS. As for availability, however, Chromebooks will arrive in the summer (between June and August) while Thin Clients will already debut at May.
