In fact for the company decided to help users in another way that precisely because of the block due to the emergency they would have had difficulty in physically making a return of a purchased product but to be returned to Amazon. For this reason instead of the canonical 30 days that Amazon usually guarantees to everyone, here it is the return of products in Italy is extended in a temporal way until 31 May 2020. This means that anyone who has placed an order and needs to return it will be able to do so until May 31, 2020 even if the product ordered dates back to February 15, 2020. Specifically therefore for products purchased between February 15 and April 30, there will be time to return until May 31, 2020.

We are temporarily extending restitution windows in light of the current global health crisis. Most items ordered through Amazon or the seller's partner in the United States and Canada between March 1, 2020 and April 30, 2020, can now be returned until May 31, 2020. Items ordered through Amazon or the seller's partner in Italy, Spain, France, Turkey and the Netherlands between February 15, 2020 and April 30, 2020, they can now be returned until May 31, 2020.
An important move for users that in this difficult moment of emergency crisis they cannot safely go out as always and therefore use the postal centers or even specific collection points but must exclusively request the collection with the courier directly at home.
