AMD revealed at CES 2020 in Las Vegas that it is in the process of making some additions to the Radeon RX 5000 line-up featuring Navi GPUs . The news initially welcomed with enthusiasm, however, has not been effectively reflected on any release date or a real technical data sheet.
All we know is that the AFOX trading partner , on AMD and nvidia payroll , would have registered four new VGA models of the AMD Radeon RX series , high-end graphics cards that should rival the corresponding Nvidia products.
The four registered codes would be inherent in Radeon RX 5950XT , Radeon RX 5950 , Radeon RX 5900 and Radeon RX 5800 XT .
In the current state of things, nothing else is known. You can make assumptions about the architectural typology adopted on the new models which could be the first generation RDNA or the brand new 7 nm RDNA2 , but we remain in the field of hypotheses and there is still nothing official.
