AMD launches the Radeon Adrenalin 21.11.2 Beta with Battlefield 2042 in mind
AMD announced its new graphics drivers Radeon Adrenalin 21.11.2 Betawhich only arrive to support the Battlefield 2042. This translates to up to 14%/15%/11% performance improvement in the game at 4K resolution with graphics on Ultra using an AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT / RX 6800 XT and RX 6700 XT respectively.
That is the only improvement that it incorporates, so if you are not going to play this title, they are controllers that you can pass up.
For the rest, problems are indicated that will be solved in future versions, such as the timeouts that you experience andl Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy on the Radeon RX 5500 XT (disabling Radeon Anti-Lag resolves this); the artifacts observed in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War with Radeon RX 6800M graphics; play PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds on multiple displays in extended mode causes Radeon Software to end up crashing; Enhanced Sync may cause black screens in some games; and that Radeon metrics incorrect values are reported.
