The graphics card for notebooks AMD ATI Radeon HD 7730M belongs to the middle class of mobile accelerators, it is built on a new 28 nm process technology, and is based on the GCN (Graphics Core Next) architecture. In terms of performance, the 7730M can be placed between the NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M with DDR3 memory and the NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M. Thus, today’s demanding games should be playable fluently at medium to high settings. Thanks to the UVD3 decoder, the video card has the ability to decode formats such as MPEG-4 AVC / H.264, VC-1, MPEG-2, Flash, Multi-View Codec (MVC) and MPEG-4 part 2 (DivX, xVid), HD video. Enduro technology included in the set of supported functions of the card HD 7730M, switches between integrated and discrete graphics. It is identical to NVIDIA’s Optimus. In addition, the 7730M can directly support up to 6 monitors simultaneously using Eyefinity technology when Enduro is disabled. The 7700M’s next feature is support for ZeroCore technology brought by the new Graphics Core Next architecture. The main idea of ZeroCore is that after turning off the monitor or switching it to sleep mode, the power consumption of the video card is reduced to a maximum of 3 (three!) Watts and the turbine of the cooling system is turned off, reducing the noise level from the video adapter to zero. We also note the PowerTune technology, which is supported by AMDATIRadeon HD 7730M. The essence of this technology lies in the fact that the GPU can dynamically adjust the frequencies so that the card uses energy within the permissible TDP, which is determined by the user. In other words, the overclocker can get the best performance from an acceptable TDP. The HDMI and DisplayPort HD audio ports support HD audio (TrueHD and DTS Master Audio). In addition, Discrete Digital Multipoint Audio (DDMA) technology allows you to output audio from multiple devices simultaneously.
