Android 12 will introduce multi-window support in Chrome

One of the new features to be introduced by Android 12 will be multi-window support in Chrome. For owners of smartphones with a standard display, this may not be a much-anticipated feature, but users of tablets and foldable devices will surely be pleased.

Chrome on Android 12 will get an important change

In the case of an average smartphone, the working space is approx. 6.5 inches. It is not very convenient to use multiple windows on such a screen. On Android 12, it will allow up to 5 windows to be opened simultaneously. This will be possible thanks to the multi-instance function. We will be able to place them next to each other by dividing the screen, they can also run in the background, just like they do on a computer. In each browser window, we will also open as many tabs as our smartphone “pulls”. For anyone who appreciates multitasking, this will be a really handy feature.
