Apple is preparing two M1X variants for new MacBook Pro laptops

New information about Apple’s SoC systems has appeared on the web. Details have come to light about the M1X variants that the company will decide on when it offers its new MacBook Pro laptops.

According to the latest information, the new generation MacBook Pro will reach for two variants of the M1X Apple

According to information collected by the Wccftech website, Apple is going to launch two M1X variants that will directly define the capabilities of the next-generation MacBook Pro. Both are to offer 10-core central processors, which will consist of eight cores for performance and two energy-efficient ones, to reduce energy consumption during undemanding work.

It will be more interesting on the GPU side, because Apple is said to choose a 32-core and 16-core configuration. Presumably, this more efficient variant of the Apple M1X will only hit the board of the 16-inch MacBook Pro, while the 14-inch will have to settle for a weaker GPU configuration.

Does it make sense? Yes – especially when it comes to the larger heat dissipation space that these two extra inches provide, but that also means Apple will have to provide the more efficient model with a larger battery so that the extra performance does not significantly affect the working time on a single charge.
