Bitcoin (BTC) becomes $ 120,000 in new cycle 2022

The price of bitcoin will pick up again in 2019, and that leads to many optimistic price forecasts. An analyst on Twitter expects that bitcoin could reach a value of 120,000 dollars (around 109,000 euros) in 2022. He bases this prediction on the previous three cycles of bitcoin in a bull market.

The Twitterer who calls himself CryptoWolf predicts that bitcoin will be worth 40 times as much as the bottom in December 2018. That comes down to a sloppy $ 120,000. He expects that bitcoin will reach the top in 2022. That’s because the cycles last longer.

In the first cycle, bitcoin reached the top within a year. The two top was reached after 735 days, and the third top in 1,071 days. CryptoWolf thinks it takes 1,400 days from the bottom to the top, until bitcoin becomes worth $ 120,000.

Then a new bear market follows. That is a period in which the price of bitcoin is structurally falling. The exchange rate can then fall towards $ 50,000.

Not the only one that is positive

The Twitterer is not the only one who is positive about the bitcoin course. For example, Tim Draper expects that bitcoin can become $ 250,000 in 2023. And you probably know the statement by antivirus boss John McAfee. He expects bitcoin to be worth 1 million dollars by the end of 2020. And otherwise he will eat his genitals.

PlanB’s stock-to-flow model is also known. The bitcoin course has been following this model closely for years. PlanB itself remains bullish too, expecting that bitcoin might be worth more than 10,000 dollars by the end of the year.
