After a long wait, the release date of the next generation of gaming smartphones has finally been announced. When will the Black Shark 5 series debut?
According to the information, the manufacturer will launch two new gaming models – Black Shark 5 and Black Shark 5 Pro. Their specification is still a secret, although the TENAA and 3C certification revealed something to us. It will not be a surprise to anyone that the Pro model focused on the highest performance will reach for the flagship Qualcomm chipset – Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The smartphone is to have a larger battery compared to its predecessor, as well as a higher screen refresh rate.
In the case of Black Shark 5, we are talking about the Snapdragon 870 system, which indicates that it will be a much more modest model. The Pro will have a maximum of 16 GB of RAM, while in the case of the basic model it will be 12 GB RAM. Both models are to support 120W charging and are to be equipped with 4,650mAh batteries. It seems that both Black Shark 5 and Black Shark 5 Pro will be equipped with 6.67-inch AMOLED displays.
