Canadian Pharmacy Network Drug Mart has partnered with the TruTrace Technologies Inc. blockchain. to launch a program to monitor the supply of medical marijuana.

This blockchain technology will be used to identify and track medical cannabis. The monitored data will include the source of supply and strain genetics. This data will allow doctors to issue prescriptions more efficiently. They will also be able to provide reliable information for clinical trials on the use of medical marijuana.
