According to Cointelegraph Brazil, the Minister of Education said that interested educational institutions must participate in the financing of such a project. Also, participating universities should create an independent department that is responsible for managing the blockchain platform.

Local media reports that at least 14 private universities have expressed interest in the government’s proposal to implement such technology.
