In this game, the GTX 1660 Super managed to significantly outperform the GTX 1070 in terms of minimum FPS by 31.03%. According to the average FPS, the difference is 8.33%. Perhaps it’s the faster memory in the GTX 1660 Super.

Hitman 2 (2018)

GTX 1660 Super:

• AVG — 64 fps

GTX 1070:

• 1% Low — 41 fps
• AVG — 70 fps

In Hitman 2, the situation is almost identical to Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. The difference in the minimum FPS is 24.24%, the average is 9.37%, but in favor of the GTX 1070.

The GTX 1660 Super vs GTX 1070 tests show that the cards show very similar performance. Still, the GTX 1660 Super outperforms the GTX 1070 in most games. The memory is faster and the architecture is more modern. If you have 1070, there is no point in upgrading to 1660 Super.
