Corsair announced the new kit from 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) of DDR4 memory Vengeance LPX with frequency of well 4866 MHz intended for third generation AMD Ryzen processors and X570 motherboards.
Designed for high-end platforms such as the Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Formula, the MSI MEG X570 Godlike and the MSI Prestige X570 Creation, this kit has a significant price: 1065 euros, as indicated on the Corsair website. At the moment we do not have detailed information on timings, but the site indicates CL18.
Recall that G.Skill offers a 2 x 8 GB 4800 MHz kit within the Trident Z Royal offer (F4-4800C18D-16GTRS) with CL18-22-22-42 timing and an operating voltage of 1.5 V.
The Vengeance LPX memories are accompanied by an optional Vengeance Airflow fan kit which guarantees direct cooling (available in silver, blue or red).
Since these are memories without any lighting, Corsair also proposes the series of memories DDR4 Vengeance RGB PRO with frequencies up to 4700 MHz (19-26-26-46, voltage of 1.5 V) and ten RGB LEDs individually adjustable and programmable with Corsair iCUE software. Both series are guaranteed for 2 years.
