Cryptocurrency Wallet from Pundi X will appear in Samsung Galaxy S10

Samsung and Pundi X began to cooperate in the development of cryptocurrency wallets for smartphones.

Pundi X in its blog, the company entered into mutually beneficial relations in the field of technology development of its wallets: Pundi X integrates with Blockchain Wallet from Samsung and makes its XWallet app available for the Galaxy S10 smartphone.

“This collaboration provides a unique opportunity to popularize the blockchain technology and digital assets, reaching millions of Samsung smartphone users around the world,” the report says.

S10 users who added an XWallet to the Samsung Blockchain Wallet will be able to move cryptocurrencies between the two applications. Pundi X offers users to use Samsung’s wallet for safekeeping cryptocurrencies “as a savings account” and transferring them to an XWallet “current account” for use in payments.

Pundi X added that due to the fact that XWallet recently became available through XPOS, a blockchain-based device for sales outlets developed by the company, as a result, S10 users will have more payment options. XWallet is also associated with XPASS, an NFC-enabled Pundi X cryptocurrency card. The company declares:

“Thus, the integration of XWallet with the Samsung Blockchain Wallet makes the Pundi X payment ecosystem accessible to a wider audience, allowing Samsung Galaxy smartphone users to not only securely store their cryptocurrencies, but also to transfer them to XWallet and spend in various stores.”
