SRAM is definitely late for the “electric madness” on the bicycle market, and this in the era of progressing electrification of transport may end badly for it. Of course, if the first SRAM electric motor does not conquer the market with its uniqueness (price, efficiency, weight – there are many options).
SRAM electric motor for bicycles
Officially, we know nothing about the SRAM electric motor for bicycles. This ebike was to include an electric motor built into the cranks (it provides an intermediate drive), the company’s controller and a display with the most important information about the condition of the drive and the bike. The latter sits directly on the top tube of the frame and is completely integrated into it.
