Full gaming HyperX: 10 million headphones, one million keyboards and 65 million memories

HyperX, the gaming division of Kingston Technology, has announced it has sold more than 10 million headphones.

Since 2014, when the brand introduced the first Cloud headphones, 30 different models have been made, among which we can remember the excellent ones Cloud Alpha (purchased for less than 100 euros) and the Cloud II, up to the Cloud MIX line for the more generalist market (available at around 160 euros).

Kingston also boasts two other important milestones: it shipped over one million gaming keyboards and 65 million memory modules.

HyperX is known for the mechanical gaming keyboard HyperX Alloy FPS (Amazon), characterized by Cherry MX switch and has recently expanded the line with the HyperX Alloy Origins (Amazon) with proprietary switches, as explained in this news.

Among the memories we find the DDR4 Fury and Predator RAMs (like this DDR4-3200 CL16 kit) which include modules with RGB LED lighting that can be customized through the Ngenuity software.

“HyperX continues to exceed our expectations, in terms of sales it has established itself both as a leader in PC headsets and as a pioneer of the gaming industry by shipping over 10 million headsets. The milestones achieved with memories and keyboards demonstrate how HyperX has become a point of reference in the gaming industry, “said Mark Leathem, general manager of HyperX.
