Answer: Yes, it needs a 6 pin connector (2×3). Mine didn’t come with an adapter but my power supply has several of the 6 pin connectors. You can get an adapter that’ll convert a 4 pin molex connector to a 2×3 6 pin connector.

Answer: Yes, its more than enough, 6gbs is for more gpu intensive games like crisis and fallout. Because it needs more power to render alot of space in a short amount of time.
