Gigabyte presents the new Gaming monitors with refresh rates up to 165Hz

Gigabyte he announced the new Gaming series monitors, a line that identifies high-performance displays designed especially for games, but also suitable for other applications that require a well-calibrated and reliable display.

Five models presented, Gigabyte G27F, G27Q, G27FC, G27QC is G32QC, all united by a IPS display and ad hoc features to improve the experience of gamers; these include Black Equalizer, Aim Stabilizer and GameAssist.


Gigabyte G27F is G27Q share the 27-inch panelrespectively with resolution FHD (1920x1080p) and QHD (2560x1440p). Identical on response time of 1ms (MPRT) and the 144Hz refresh rate, with the G27Q model which, however, can be overclocked at 165Hz.

The gamut is typical of the IPS panels, 92% DCI-P3 and 120% sRGB (117% sRGB for G27F), while FreeSync Prmium, G-Sync and two 2W stereo speakers are not missing. Gigabyte has not released the prices but it is clear that the G27Q will be slightly more expensive.

Gigabyte G32QC è The top model of the line, uses a panel with 1500R curvature and 2560×1440 pixel resolution. On a performance level, it is not far from the younger brothers (165Hz / 1ms), however in this case we find support FreeSync Premium Pro and certification VESA DisplayHDR 400, a sign that this display offers better color rendering. Gigabyte at the moment has not communicated the price of the new models, probably very close to the debut on the retail market.
