Audio issue with Google Duo calls

The latest version of the Android operating system is slowly making its way to more and more devices. And although it brings with it a number of improvements, it also brings out various bugs and problems that Google has to work on on an ongoing basis. One of them was recently disclosed and concerns the Google Duo application. It turns out that many people have a problem with the sound when making calls in the app.

While callers can hear their interlocutor, they cannot be heard anymore. As reported by users, the error disappears when the connection is terminated and the application is restarted. However, even after clearing the cache or reinstalling Duo, it doesn’t go away permanently. There were so many complaints about this problem that a special post appeared on the Google Duo help forum, informing about the commencement of work on the solution of the defect.

For now, Google itself recommends reopening the application and establishing another connection. So if you have encountered this problem, you have to be patient and wait for the appropriate update.
