HIS Radeon HD 6970 IceQ and IceQ Turbo are two new graphics cards with specially designed coolers, which include four copper heat conducting pipes and a radial fan with a rear exhaust.
As the name suggests, the newcomers are based on the AMD Radeon HD 6970 with 1,535 stream processors and 2 GB of GDDR5 memory on a 256-bit memory bus. The entry-level model IceQ adheres to the standard frequencies 880 MHz GPU and 5,500 MHz memory while Turbo steps up to 900 MHz GPU and 5,600 MHz memory.
Other features include support for DirectX 11, OpenCL, Crossfire and Eyefinity, as well as connections in the form of DVI, HDMI 1.4 and Displayport. Price and sales start are still unknown.
