If you haven’t already, download the Netflix app from the Google Play Store (available by clicking here). Once the installation is complete, follow the steps listed below:

• Open the Netflix app to start the streaming service.
• Fill in the fields “Email or phone number” e “Password” with the credentials stored at the time of account registration.
• Touch “Login” to log in.
• Tap on the profile through which you intend to change language on Netflix among those available under the heading “Who wants to watch Netflix?”
• Select the profile icon at the top right and, in the new screen that appears, select the item “Account”.
• The default web browser window in use on your phone will automatically open and redirect you to the “Account” section of the Netflix platform.

The Netflix app available on the App Store (click here to download) does not allow you to change the language or the text to be displayed on the platform or the audio and subtitles of movies or TV series. The alternative to the app is to use the web browser to log into your Netflix account with your credentials and make the language change from there.

Note: we encountered the same “problem” when changing the Netflix password. When we log in via the video streaming platform app for iOS and select the “Account” item, the application sends us a message on a black background inviting us to change the settings via the website of Netflix. Here is the full text of the message: “Are you looking for your account settings? Go to the Netflix website to manage your account ”.

Here is the procedure for changing the language on Netflix if you are using an iPhone or iPad:
