If there are no artifacts on the monitor, overheating (the critical temperature for our card is 85 degrees), OCCT errors, then add another 50 megahertz until one of the above problems appears.
When these problems appeared, we return the parameters to the previous successful value and set an intermediate value, for example, if the successful one was +100 megahertz, and the unsuccessful one was +150 megahertz, then we try to set +125 megahertz and so on.
Video memory overclocking.
In fact, everything is similar to overclocking a GPU, but as mentioned at the beginning, you shouldn’t overclock the video memory much (do not raise it above +1000 megahertz), otherwise the memory chips may simply burn out and have to be replaced. This is as bad as possible due to the fact that in the current situation in the service center you are most likely to be supplied with already faulty chips, in other words, to deceive you.
