How to put music in Snapchat snaps

All you need to do for put music on Snapchat is to launch the app in question for devices Android (also available on alternative stores, for devices without Google services) e iPhone/iPad, press the button to create a new one Snap, access the section Sounds and choose one of the available songs.

To proceed, then take your device, start the Snapchat app and, if you haven’t already done so, log in to your account: then press the button Log in, enter your data in the fields Username or email e Password and tap on the item Log in.

At this point, make sure you’ve selected the option Camera in the bottom menu and tap on round button, to take a photo or record a video. Alternatively, tap on the del icon landscape and tap on the option Roll, to select a video or photo from your device.

In both cases, tap on the icon of musical note, to access the section Sounds, and select the option of your interest among In the foreground, to view the full list of music tracks available on Snapchat, and Mood, to choose one of the other available sounds.

How do you say? Would you like to know if it is possible to use a custom sound? In that case, go to the section Sounds, choose the option My sounds and press on the item Create sound, to create a new custom sound.

On the screen Create sound, keep your finger pressed on the icon microphone for the duration of the registration, enter the sound name in the appropriate field and choose whether to make it public, by moving the lever next to the option Do you want to make this sound public? gives OFF a ON.

Finally, apply any clippings to the registration you just made through the two cursors visible on the screen and, once the changes are complete, tap the button Save sound, to add the sound in question to the list of your custom sounds.

Regardless of the type of song or sound you have chosen, press the relevant ▶ ︎ button to listen to a preview and, if you like it, tap the button Forward. Having done this, through the cursor appeared on the screen, choose the segment to play (maximum 10 seconds) and press the button ✓, to add music to your Snap.

If everything went well, you should see a adhesive relative to the song or sound you have just chosen, which you can move to the position you prefer by simply dragging it to the point where you want to place it. Also, by carrying out one zoom in or one zoom out with your fingers, you can also change its size.

In case of second thoughts, you can delete the song or sound added just now, by making a long tap on it and dragging it to the icon of the trash can, appearance below. Alternatively, click on the icon of musical note and tap the button Remove sound.

Once you have completed customizing your Snap (e.g. by adding filters), tap the button Send to, select the friends or the group to share it with and press the button Send, to send the newly created Snap. Simple, right?

How to put music in Snapchat Stories

The procedure for put music in Snapchat Stories it is almost identical to what I indicated in the previous lines to add a song or a sound in a Snap. In fact, even in this case, all you have to do is access the section Sounds Snapchat and choose one of the available songs.

After launching the Snapchat app on your device, select the option Stories located in the menu at the bottom, tap the button My story and press on round button, to take a photo or video of the moment.

Once this is done, access the section Sounds of Snapchat by pressing on the icon musical note, at the top right, and locate the song to use in your Story by browsing the categories In the foreground e Mood. If, on the other hand, you want to use one of your own sounds you created earlier, select the option My sounds and choose the one of your interest. Alternatively, by pressing the button Create sound, you can register one on the spot.

Now, tap on the song or sound you like (you can also press the ▶ ︎ button, to listen to a preview, and then tap the button Forward), select the segment to play and press the button ✓, to add music to your Story. Also in this case, as I indicated earlier to put music in Snapchat Snaps, you can customize both the position and the size of the sticker relating to the chosen song that appeared on the screen.
