In Omegle , simply select "Allow" in the Adobe Flash Player settings window. A " Camera " drop-down list will appear in the video window . Select "ManyCam Virtual Webcam" or "ManyCam Video Source". You then have the option to turn the camera on and off by simply tapping the icon on the video screen.
