We just announced the sponsorship of the USL eCup: Rocket League Division online tournament, which was launched to attract fans and create fun online competition after postponing live stadium matches in the face of the pandemic. HyperX will provide Cloud Alpha S gaming headsets to each of the 32 captains representing the USL Championship and USL League One teams.. As part of the sponsorship, HyperX will participate in ad activations during the group and knockout phases. USL will also feature HyperX in social posts and outreach activities during the Rocket League tournament, while tournament broadcasters will make mentions of HyperX during the event. Visually, the scoreboard will include the HyperX image around the clock, plus other visual material during matches.
Match schedule:
- 48 USL Rocket League group matches (ended April 10)
- 16 matches in the knockout phase (from April 13 to April 25)
Competition in the group phase follows the rule of the three best matches. The winners go through to the knockout stage, where the best of five matches win.
