In a Chinese city, the railway stopped working due to the termination of Adobe Flash

Adobe Flash is for some people a lot of memory associated with Flash games in the browser, but for some companies this software is something big – it makes them function. Alas, at the end of 2020, the end of support for Adobe Flash was announced, and already in 2021 the software stopped working.

This problem was encountered in the Chinese city of Dalian, where the railways were disconnected for almost a day, which led to the indignation of people. As it turned out, China Railway Shenyang could not deal with this problem in time, so at the time of its termination, employees lost the ability to view train schedules, build routes, and the railway had to be suspended until the next morning.

The Chinese company solved the problem in a very modern way and, as befits any person who wants to save money, installed a pirated version of Adobe Flash. True, this is not out of selfish intentions, but because the specialists did not find another quick way to restore the railway.
