As we announced last week, Intel would make a pre-launch announcement where it would reveal the prices, specifications and general performance numbers of its next generation family during October 27 and 28 during the ‘Innovation’ event.

Core i5-12600K

The 12600K is a 12th generation micro with 10 cores and 16 threads (6 performance cores and 4 efficient cores), which will not be compatible with Intel Turbo Boost Max 3.0 technology unlike the Core i7 and Core i9 SKUs. The maximum performance of the core will be 4.9 GHz. The 12600K will be priced at $ 289, and its 12600KF variant will be priced at $ 264.

Core i7-12700K

The Intel Core i7-12700K is a very competent 12th Gen micro since it has no less than 12 cores and 20 threads (8 performance cores and 4 efficient ones) with a clock of up to 5.0 GHz. Its price will be 409 dollars and its 12700KF variant will be priced at $ 384.

Core i9-12900K

Here we have the king of the new intel Alder Lake, the Intel Core i9-12900K arrives with the number of 16 cores (8 performance and 8 efficient) and 24 threads with a clock of up to 5.2 GHz. The price of the 12900K is 589 dollars and this one will also have a variant, the 12900KF priced at $ 564.

As you can see, prices are somewhat higher than the previous 11th generation Intel, which we hope that the latter will soon begin to drop in price and the new Alder Lake settle with prices so that little by little they are more affordable for the general public. .

We currently do not know if Intel intends to launch a 12400 as it did with the 11th generation, making it the best micro on the market for performance / price, something that many would appreciate.
