The patches in question solve several problems and are now available for a wide range of Intel processors affected by the problem, including models from the Intel Denverton, Sandy Bridge, Sandy Bridge E / EP, Valley View and Whiskey Lake U families.
It should be emphasized that the various updates will not arrive through the Windows Update channel and will have to be downloaded and installed manually by users. For this reason we recommend consulting and evaluating user reports on the official Microsoft blog, all to avoid further problems / bugs or a possible negative impact on performance (remember for example the first update for Zombieload and i related benchmarks).
