Intel i7-8809G with graphics from AMD

We are entering the new year with new, very interesting information. It turns out that the combination of an Intel processor with graphics from AMD will definitely be created. It was listed on the official Intel unlocked processor list.

More specifically, we are talking about the i7-8809G processor combined with the RX Vega M graphics. Interestingly, this is not the only processor from Vega that will be released soon – the rest will probably have the possibility of overclocking. The new design will have a TDP of 100 W and has four cores running at 3.1 GHz and having hyper-threading. It supports DDR4 2400 MHz memory, but it will probably be possible to combine this processor with more powerful memories.

What’s even more interesting, the i7-8809G will also have integrated HD Graphics 630 graphics – the same as is present in Coffee Lake. Both graphics will complement each other – the AMD model will probably turn on during a stronger load.
