After many leaks, it’s finally time for something official. This time, XFastest has dug into the latest slides from Intel’s presentations, which indicate the company’s plans for Intel Core processors and refreshing the Basin Falls series.
Yesterday you could find information according to which the representative of the 9th generation was to debut only next year. However, it turned out to be false news due to an outdated photo. Then came the news that it would enter the market in the third quarter … and now the latest leak suggests that the i9-9900K will have its premiere in October this year. The i7-9700K, i5-9600K and i5-9400 will also hit the market with it. More information about these processors and their specifications can be found here. One of the slides also confirmed that Intel will retain backward compatibility with 8th Gen Intel Core chipsets. It is also worth noting that in the first quarter of 2019, we will have more premieres of new systems.
