Today's officialization of the new Intel processors and the new Nvidia GeForce RTX Super Max-Q video cards has generated a ad sequence from the main producers of portable who have decided to use these components to renew the offer.
Also Lenovo took the opportunity to relaunch its line of notebooks dedicated to gamers by announcing the arrival of Legion 7i and 5i, two models that stand, respectively, as the successors of the Legion Y740 and Y540 updated last year.
The company the company has anticipated only a few specs (and a couple of images) of the two laptops, making an appointment at a later date – yet to be defined – to discover the data sheet in its entirety. At present the fixed points are:
- CPU: up to 10th generation Intel Core H series
- Video cards:
- up to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER with Max-Q design for the Lenovo Legion 7i
- up to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 for the Lenovo Legion 5i. Lenovo does not specify, but it is probably the latest revision of the video card anticipated in the past few hours by NVIDIA.
Configurations, prices and availability for the Italian market will be communicated later. At the moment Lenovo is limited to providing these guidelines:
- Legion 5i and Legion Y540 with RTX 2060 GPU starting at $ 999
- Legion 7i and Legion Y740 with RTX 2070 GPU starting at $ 1,199
