Blockroots co-founder and technical analyst Josh Rager believes the best way to accumulate Bitcoin is through margin trading and trading of Bitcoin-altcoins pairs.
He recently posted on Twitter a series of tips on the accumulation of BTC in the period when prices are consolidating. Rager compared the efficiency of margin trading with pairs of altcoins-BTC, claiming that:
“Both strategies can be used to accumulate more Bitcoin.”

Low leverage trading margin
According to Josh Rager, the use of margin trading works best when the crypto market as a whole has a downward trend or when BTC is consistently outperforming altcoins. He advised investors to use 3x low leverage (available on the Binance or Kraken exchange).
”High flipping”
Another method of accumulating Bitcoin is known as “flipping alts”, which implies the advantageous trading of BTC-altcoins. In general, this is useful during times when the price of Bitcoin strengthens (does not fluctuate significantly).
HODL – The most “holy” method
It is worth mentioning, however, that the dominance of Bitcoin has increased to almost 70%, and the investment in altcoins at the moment is extremely risky. Rager also acknowledged this risk and stressed that for those without trading experience, HODL is the best option.
Another analyst, Rhytm, he also pointed out that only the eager ones lose money with Bitcoin. He published a list of cryptocurrency’s minimum values over time, showing that if the BTC reached $ 185 in 2015, its value in 2018 was $ 3200.
