Ministry of Digital Development has prepared a bill on spam calls
MOSCOW, 28 Sep — PRIME. The Ministry of Digital Development of Russia has prepared a project on spam calls, which will introduce a limit on advertising calls to subscribers for companies, said the head of the department, Maksut Shadayev.
“We have prepared a separate bill on spam calls. Companies will have a limit on advertising calls to subscribers. It is assumed that if there are calls in excess of this limit, liability will come. We hope that the bill will be introduced during this session,” the minister said.
