The situation of the training and consulting industry in Poland is gradually improving after the pandemic. Over the last decade, their number has increased by over 31%, which means that currently there are almost 82,000 of them on the Polish market. No wonder that in the era of the pandemic, these companies used the ClickMeeting platform to conduct educational activities.

The digital transformation has covered many branches of business, including the training industry. As our 2021 summary report shows, some trainers who have so far conducted live training have transferred their activities to the online sphere. Our data shows that educational activities, including training conducted by independent trainers and educators, accounted for more than 41 percent. of all events that took place on the platform, and in-company training just over 11 percent.

According to the data from the Dun & Bradstreet business intelligence agency, prepared by the Polish ClickMeeting, there were 82 thousand companies operating in Poland at the end of last year. training and consulting companies. Most of them are micro and small enterprises (up to 9 employees), and 3/2 – sole proprietorships. Their financial condition is largely good or very good (40%), while 23% of companies remain in a very strong condition. At the same time, however, 60% are in a weak and very bad condition, of which 27% are in a very bad condition.

What kind of training do companies need? The manufacturing industry most willingly uses trainings related to supporting people management, developing the skills of communication, information transfer, team cooperation and leadership competences (80%). In the case of the service sector, the most popular are those related to the improvement of communication and cooperation as well as organization of work in a hybrid mode, with particular emphasis on remote work and managing a dispersed team (60%).

As a society, we appreciated the digital transformation. We like with, among others remote work, although according to a survey conducted by ClickMeeting, almost 62 percent. people taking part in it would like to work in a hybrid formula. Everything indicates that we will be moving in this direction, which is also visible in the example of the service sector, interested mainly in training in the field of distributed team management
