MSI launches Geforce GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr II with 2 GB GDDR5

In the absence of new launches, graphics card manufacturers may take other measures to attract customers. Taiwanese MSI is investing in two versions of the popular Geforce GTX 560 Ti in combination with expanded graphics memory and the Twin Frozr II cooler.

This means double 80 mm fans with temperature control as well as four heat conduction pipes and a base of copper. The model also has solid capacitors and high quality components in line with MSI’s Military Class II concept.

The specifications further reveal 384 CUDA cores in 822 MHz or 880 MHz for the factory overclocked version of the same card. Both models have 2 GB of GDDR5 memory at 4,008 MHz on a 256-bit memory bus and offer support for SLI, DX11 and 3D Vision, among others. Connections for monitors are offered in the form of dual DVI and mini HDMI.

When the two variants of the MSI Geforce GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr II 2 GB will reach the store and what the price tags land on is still unknown.
