New uniforms for the Polish Special Forces. What is known about them?

3. The Regional Logistics Base in Krakow is targeting not only parts for the BRDM-2 reconnaissance and patrol vehicles, but also new uniforms for the Polish Special Forces. The tender has just been announced to provide elite troops with access to new uniforms and equipment.

Uniforms for Polish Special Forces

As the tender itself is at stake, we only have access to the requirements, not specific models with their detailed specifications. The uniforms, however, do not include combat equipment directly, but more typical utilitarian clothing, which includes:

• 1,550 shirts under a protective vest (with the option of obtaining 100 more)
• 1,400 training jackets, training jackets with an undersuit (with the option of obtaining 1050 more)
• 1,216 down jackets (with the option of obtaining 600 more)
• 2,952 summer training suits with camouflage (with the option to obtain a further 688)
• 1,573 sweaters (with the option of obtaining 905 more)

The potential contractor must provide a guarantee for these elements for 3 years, which will be counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol.
