Nvidia Turing under the microscope – the architecture behind the Geforce RTX 2000 series

At the end of August, Nvidia announced its brand new architecture Turing, where the company hit the big drum so that it would finally be possible to render games with ray tracing in real time. However, Turing is so much more than just this and now the lid is being lifted on the architecture itself.

SweClockers has previously reviewed the specifications for the first three graphics cards to use the new architecture. The test lab is now in full swing to test RTX 2080 Ti and RTX 2080 before the launch next week and today we go through some of the news that is the basis for the new series.
