NVIDIA updates its video card drivers with the GeForce 516.40 WHQL release

NVIDIA has made a new driver available GeForce Game Ready, versione 516.40 WHQL, which offers optimized performance in Fall Guys: Free for All, launching on June 21st. The new driver also supports ray tracing updates for Jurassic World Evolution 2, Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3 and Resident Evil 7. Additionally, there is support for NVIDIA Reflex in ICARUS.

Game Ready Drivers include optimizations, enhancements, and more to support the latest game releases and updates. This month, five titles add new raytracing features, offering gamers a better gaming experience with GeForce RTX graphics cards, desktops and laptops.

Jurassic World Evolution 2adds ray-traced effects. Frontier’s critically acclaimed dinosaur park simulator came out late last year with support from NVIDIA DLSS. A new game update was launched on June 14 alongside Jurassic World Evolution 2: Dominion Biosyn Expansion, introducing ray-traced ambient occlusion (RTAO) effects, making dinosaurs and dinosaur parks even more beautiful.

ICARUSRocketWerkz’s 8-player cooperative PvE survival game will introduce support for NVIDIA Reflex this month, making gameplay more responsive by reducing end-to-end system latency.

Capcom has returned to the much-loved PC versions of Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3 e Resident Evil 7 Biohazard to add ray-traced lighting (RTGI) and ray-traced reflections in a series of free updates that make every game more immersive and realistic.

The new drivers also implement the optimal game settings for 9 new games. Optimal settings – through a single click with GeForce Experience – allow gamers to instantly configure game options for their system’s hardware, delivering smoother and more optimized gameplay. Over 1,000 titles are supported and 9 more have been added since the latest driver release, the following:
