Cryptocurrencies are gradually becoming a stable part of our lives and many people see them as a unique investment opportunity. The further that many societies, which try to help ordinary citizens in the world of cryptocurrencies, become more and more aware of it.

Cryptocurrencies already at the post office

After all, this virtual world is already made up of a huge number of projects and coins, in which one can get lost very easily. One of them is the Slovak crypto-investment company Fumbi, which was established in 2018.

During that time, the company managed to acquire approximately 100,000 clients from Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Poland.

As the latest portal pointed out CzechCrunch, this fintech company decided to get closer to the people. It will do so with the help of Slovenská pošta, where citizens will now be able to buy cryptocurrencies.

Interested parties and investors will therefore no longer be required to purchase via bank transfers or cards, but can make their deposit to Fumbi’s account at any post office, even in cash.

“Fumbi was created in order to make the investment in cryptocurrencies clearer and as simple as possible, so it is a logical development that we want to give people the opportunity to buy cryptocurrencies even when receiving the package at the post office. So far, this option is new, so we wonder how many people will use it. ” states on web Boris Haško Chief Marketing Officer Fumbi.

Although it is still necessary to use the company’s mobile application to procure cryptocurrencies, this is an interesting way of reaching customers who are not so well versed in internet banking or prefer cash deposits.

According to the available information, the service is mediated by SKPAY and the deposit can be made from € 50 by card or cash.

In order for customers to be able to buy cryptocurrencies for cash at Slovenská pošta branches, they need to generate a QR code on the phone in the Fumbi application, which will be sent to their e-mail, which they will show to post employees register.

It usually takes one to three business days to set up a payment. The problem so far is that the post office staff has not undergone any training to “introduce” them to this issue. The company is currently considering other partners.

Fumbi is not the only one

This is a similar idea to the Parall application created last year, which enabled its clients at more than 1,500 Slovenská pošta branches to purchase cryptocurrencies using QR PAY by square.

The client simply registers in the Paralla application, connects his crypto-wallet and chooses the cryptocurrency he wants to buy. At the post office, he can buy cryptomens without proof of origin in the amount of € 50 up to € 9,999, Parall said in his web.
