Tomorrow, on May 19, OnePlus will introduce two more smartphones to the world market – OnePlus Nord 2T and Nord CE 2 Lite. The specification of these models is not a secret for us, and now there is information about European prices.
First, let’s start with the specifications of the Nord CE 2 Lite, which has already premiered in India
OnePlus replaced Dimensity 900 known from Nord CE 2 with Qualcomm chip, more precisely Snapdragon 695 supported by 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of built-in memory. The smartphone is powered by a 5000 mAh battery, which we charge with 33W SUPERVOOC.
Compared to the regular Nord CE 2, the Lite model has a slightly larger, 6.58-inch IPS LCD screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera has also been removed, leaving only the main 64-megapixel lens and two 2-megapixel sensors on the back, as well as a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
It is said that the Nord 2T will get a 6.43-inch AMOLED panel with FHD + resolution and a refresh rate of 90 Hz, but covered with Gorilla Glass 5. OnePlus revealed that it will be powered by the Dimensity 1300 chip, and that the battery (according to rumors with a capacity of 4500 mAh) will support 80W fast charging.
On the front, in the round hole in the upper left corner of the screen, there will be a 16 Mpix IMX615 (f / 2.4) sensor, and on the back – a 50 Mpix main unit with a Sony IMX766 matrix (1 / 1.56 “, 1.0 µm), located behind the f / 1.8 aperture and with an OIS-compatible lens. In addition, an 8 Mpix ultra wide angle lens (IMX355, 120 °) and a 2 Mpix depth sensor.
How much will these smartphones cost in Europe?
OnePlus Nord 2T is expected to cost 400 euros on our continent, and the Nord CE 2 Lite – 300 euros. This applies to the weakest variants of these smartphones.
