Before opening Whatsapp via the web, it is necessary to install the latest version of the application by downloading the update already available per Android, iPhone, Windows Phone, Blackberry e Nokia S60.
From the smartphone you will then have to open the application and go to the main options menu where you will see a new item “Whatsapp Web“(on Android, tap on Connected devices).
Then press OK on the box, then enter the phone PIN (the one to access the phone) and notice the opening of the camera with a square with green borders.
Leaving the smartphone, then open the site https://web.whatsapp.com/ on the PC using Google Chrome, Firefox or Opera, point the mobile phone’s camera to scan the QR code shown by framing, within the square, the QR code on the monitor and, automatically (without clicking anything else), the chat with the conversations will open pass on the left that can be reread and resumed.

Note that conversations have the symbols of message received (the double v) and message read (the double v colored blue).
You can also send voice messages and emoticons by clicking the relevant buttons below. You can also send files and photos from your PC and send voice messages.

By clicking on the message button, at the top right, you can start a new conversation with a contact and chat with him from your computer.
If you click the button of options represented by three vertical dots always at the top right, you can change some settings such as notifications (whether to activate or deactivate them and whether to hear a sound), the profile picture and the status.
One important thing to note is that Web Whatsapp on PC only works if the phone, meantime, is connected to the internet.
The web version of Whatsapp in fact acts through the smartphone application so if it is not connected, no new messages will be received and, at the same time, the messages sent remain in the queue, waiting to be sent when it finds a connection from the mobile phone.
On the smartphone application, by opening the Web Whatsapp option, you will see when the last access was made from the computer.
