Pictures and base specification of Chevrolet Silverado HD 2020

After the presentation of the Silverado pickup at the Detroit Auto Show a few months ago 2018, Chevrolet simply had to keep another ace up its sleeve. This turned out to be the Heavy Duty model, which will come to us in the form of the Chevrolet Silverado HD 2020, the photos of which and the base specification have been revealed.

Unfortunately, the company simply did not reveal a lot of information, but after these superficial announcements and the photos themselves, we can already conclude something. Following the actions of Chevrolet, car enthusiasts will immediately notice the much more aggressive style that the designers chose. The high and wide front looks minimalist, but a single chrome strip with the manufacturer’s name and vertical headlamps has added its three cents full of character. Of course, there were also changes on the utility side. From the photos below, however, we can only catch a small step in front of the rear wheel arch, which makes it easier to collect items from the cargo box.

The manufacturer ensures that the Silverado HD 2020 can also boast a three-inch larger “space for passengers’ legs” and a whole lot of technologies and functions designed especially for customers. On the engine side, there will probably be a lot to choose from, because we already know that a completely new gasoline unit coupled to an automatic 6-speed gearbox and Duramax V8 turbodiesel will be available, accompanied by an automatic, but 10-speed gearbox, the connection of which is to be provided by 1234 Newton meters torque – all or rear wheels.

The four-door variant above will be one of many to add to the Chevrolet market. We can also count on two-door models, the slightly trimmed and six-wheeled ones.
