MOSCOW, 12 Oct — PRIME. Poland has not yet announced to Transneft the timing of the elimination of a leak at the Druzhba oil pipeline, said Sergey Andronov, vice president of the Russian company.
The media called the possible cause of the leak at the Druzhba oil pipeline
“Upon elimination, they said they would notify us,” he said.
According to Andronov, in order to determine the timing of the repair, it is necessary to first pump out the oil, and then inspect the pipe.
At the same time, the Russian company has already received a notification from Poland about the fact of the leak. The top manager specified that it happened closer to the border with Germany.
Earlier, the Polish operator reported an oil leak on one line of the Druzhba pipeline. The highway is the main route for the supply of raw materials to Germany.
