Realme Q5 and Q5 Pro premiere. What do these smartphones have to offer?

Realme launched the Q5i earlier this week, and now it’s time for the other members of the new range. So let’s take a closer look at the specs and prices of the realme Q5 and Q5 Pro.

This premiere did not bring us a lot of surprises, because the specifications of both models were already known to us thanks to leaks. Now, of course, this is official information that dispels previous speculations and reports.

The base model in this series is equipped with a 6.6-inch LCD display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a resolution of 1080p. In the upper left corner there is a hole for a 16 Mpix selfie camera (f / 2.1), while on the back there is a triple configuration with a 50 Mpix main camera and two 2 Mpix lenses each for macro and depth measurement. realme Q5 is powered by a Snapdragon 695 processor integrated with a 5G modem. It comes in three memory variants – 6/128 GB, 8/128 GB and 8/256 GB. There is also a 5000 mAh battery on board that supports 60 W SuperDart fast charging, as well as a fingerprint reader mounted on the side.

The manufacturer also placed a 5000 mAh battery here, but with support for even faster charging – 80 W. Despite the fact that they are quite cheap devices, in this respect they can surpass some, even this year’s, flagships.

The specification of this model also includes a 6.62-inch AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a fingerprint reader mounted in the display. The Pro model also offers us a 16 Mpix selfie camera, but the rear configuration has changed. Next to the 64 Mpix main unit there is an 8 Mpix ultra wide angle lens and a 2 Mpix macro.

How much is realme Q5 and Q5 Pro?

Depending on the memory variant, the prices are as follows:

realme Q5 in silver, black and gold:

• 6/128 GB – 1399 yuan (convert to US dollar), ~ 930 PLN.
• 8/128 GB – 1599 yuan (convert to US dollar), ~ 1060 PLN,
• 8/256 GB – 1 799 yuan (convert to US dollar), ~ 1200 PLN.

realme Q5 Pro is available in black (for the 6/128 GB variant) and with a checkerboard pattern in yellow and white for the other two versions:

• 6/128 GB – 1,899 yuan (convert to US dollar), ~ 1260 PLN,
• 8/128 GB – 2 099 yuan (convert to US dollar), ~ 1400 PLN,
• 8/256 GB – 2 299 yuan (convert to US dollar), ~ 1530 PLN.

A limited edition inspired by Chinese animation Time Agent has also hit the market. The phone itself appears here in a yellow variant with a checkerboard pattern, but the set includes gadgets and a special case with characters from the animation. The package price is 2299 yuan (convert to US dollar).
