Maeving has entered the ongoing Motorcycle Live show in the UK with its RM1 electric motorcycle. This unique, because the retro-style, emission-free two-wheeler has already sold out and it is not surprising, because the company planned only 100 copies for 2021, but is already accepting a reservation for production in 2022.
Maeving unveiled the RM1 electric motorcycle and sold the entire production run right away
The Maeving RM1 electric motorcycle is clearly a cafe racer. It is powered by a Bosch electric motor hidden in the rear hub, which drives the wheel directly, not through a belt or chain. It does this in three driving modes, the highest of which allows for a maximum speed of 72 km / h. So it’s definitely not a highway model that runs on Dunlop Gold Seal 19 inch tires.

In its announcement, Maeving also points to the presence of a removable battery that can be charged at home in 210 minutes and provide a range of up to 64 kilometers. The company does not disclose any more, but we can easily see in the pictures a characteristic large headlight in the front, side mirrors, a kickstand, hydraulic brakes, full fenders, an eye-catching short, single seat, front and rear shock absorption, or an analog speedometer.
