Advantages and disadvantages

Let’s not hide the fact that this video card has not so many advantages, since for its cost, which is 3699 rubles, something supernatural is clearly not worth expecting.

Its advantages:

1. compactness is quite obvious
2. the ability to connect up to three monitors
3. Low cost
4. Silent passive cooling
5. Low power consumption

And this is where we will end, since I can’t tell you anything else about her, and there is probably only one minus for her, which I identified, and it is very significant – this is her performance. I agree that for this amount you should not expect 60 frames from her in modern games, but she is not able to cope even with ancient projects, such as counter strike global offensive, world of tanks and other projects from wargaming. Run, of course, all this is possible, but the fact that it will not be playable at all I think many agree with me. By “playability” I mean stable at least 30 frames per second and frame times up to 30 mile seconds. In the next section I will provide its technical characteristics, and whoever understands at least a little about their values ​​will be able to understand what kind of device it is as a whole.

I am writing this review during the period of a shortage of video cards, since the cue ball is very expensive in the yard, and all video cards were disassembled by miners, as well as a shortage of products at TSMC factories, which, in short, is engaged in the development of video chips. I will say with confidence that the purchase of this video card in 2021 is more relevant than ever, the price of a decent video card in stores starts from about 60 thousand, I agree that somewhere you can find a little cheaper, that’s why I wrote the approximate cost, and not everyone wants to pay the triple price from the price recommended by the manufacturer for a good video card. GeForce gt710 is perfect for those people who have an excellent combination of a processor, motherboard and RAM, but do not have a video card and are ready to wait out this period of shortage on this card. Many will write that an alternative to all this APU (processor with integrated graphics) and will be right, but I’m sure there will be those people who will have a reason to buy the GT710, for example, like mine, since my parents work remotely, and they have a good office computer, in which burned out the video card, and this solution is ideal for them, and in general, as for any other office PC.

Output

The video card will find demand in a very narrow circle of people, so I think that these cards have a place to be on store shelves, but I also think that it would ideally be used if it cost up to a maximum of 3 thousand rubles.
