Roskomnadzor appealed the introduction of surveillance in the Russian “daughter” of Google

MOSCOW, 28 Sep — PRIME. Roskomnadzor filed an appeal against the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court on the introduction of the initial bankruptcy procedure – supervision – in relation to Google LLC, the Russian division of Google, and on the approval of Denis Poliichuk as interim manager, follows from the decision of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal published on Wednesday.

The complaint has already been accepted for consideration, its consideration is scheduled for November 21. With what exactly the department does not agree, the materials of the court have not yet specified.

On September 12, the Moscow Arbitration Court found grounded Google’s statement about its own bankruptcy, introduced surveillance in the company and approved Poliychuk, a member of the Vozrozhdenie union of arbitration managers, as interim manager. Consideration of the bankruptcy case on the merits was scheduled for March 13.

The ruling of the court of first instance states that, according to the debtor, the total amount of his monetary obligations to creditors exceeds 18.7 billion rubles, the arrears in wages of employees exceed 271 million rubles, and in mandatory payments – about 86 million rubles. At the same time, Google has accounts receivable in the amount of more than 27 billion rubles, intangible and other assets totaling more than 3.8 billion rubles.
