Royole FlexPai 3 - render reveals a retractable selfie camera

Samsung has crept into the market of folding smartphones with its Folds and Flips, but the Koreans were not the first on the market of “folds”. Previously, the Chinese company Royale paved the way and now we learn the details of their next foldable smartphone – Royole FlexPai 3.

The first FlexPai made its debut in November 2018, and now comes the third generation of these Royale devices. Thanks to the well-known leakster, Evanovi Blass, we have the opportunity to take a look at the first render of this smartphone. We learn from it some interesting information about the changes that the manufacturer will introduce to the previous generation. The most visible are the retractable selfie camera and the camera island containing only two sensors (in the previous model there were four).

You can also see, still, only one display, which will most likely still be folded on the outside, and not like in the Galaxy Z Fold 3 – inside. From the specification noticed in the TENAA database (via XDADevelopers), we know that the Royole FlexPai 3 is to have a 7.2-inch display and a 3360 mAh battery. Leaks do not even provide an approximate release date, so we are left to follow the information as it appears.
