According to the test results, we can definitely say that the RTX 3070 is not enough for full-fledged 4K gaming at maximum graphics settings. And judging by the RTX 3080 and RTX 3090 benchmarks, these cards will only slightly improve performance. Yes, you can say that with the Ryzen 7 5800x the final FPS counter would have been slightly higher, I agree, but not significantly.

At 4K, the maximum that shines with the RTX 3070 is medium to high settings. In Full HD, no questions asked, even with the beams on at ultra settings, you will get more than 60 frames.
