Someone checked the Intel Core i5-12400 before the premiere. Performance, temperatures and capabilities revealed

Some stores in the world do not know what an embargo is at all. At least this is the result of the premieres of recent years and it is no different with next-generation Intel processors. Today, thanks to two YouTubers who bought and tested the Intel Core i5-12400 before the premiere, we can preview their possibilities.

Two tests of Intel Core i5-12400 before the premiere already on the network

I am talking about the Core i5-12400F test from JAWAR and the Core i5-12400 (exactly the same version, but with an active iGPU), which Chill Builds took care of. Both materials take the simple form of quick tests, but answer the most important questions. In brief? The leap in performance compared to the previous generation is huge.

The least efficient in the entire 12th generation i5 family, the Core i5-12400 processor blends its predecessor on every front, also consuming less energy under load. In tests, this 6-core and 12-thread processor sped up its clocks to 3990 MHz, and in the stress test it heats up to 81 degrees Celsius with the housing closed and the RM1 Cooler attached by Intel.
